Another trend that has been gaining popularity for a long time is doing practical things yourself. It may not seem like much fun at first glance, but knowing your rights and responsibilities makes life easier. For example, the Swedish Consumer Agency offers various lessons that teach you what you can demand from a company you are/have been a customer of.
